Whitehead Motorsports Rolls Out Sprint Car.........Finally

Jordan Whitehead made his debut in the 8w Sprint Car on Sunday, August 2 at 81 Speedway in Wichita, Ks. It was a good first night out that showed promise but was plagued by mechanical issues. Jordan elected to "rag the tail" of the heat race since he had never driven a Sprint Car. He did well in the heat and brought home a 5th place finish while dealing with fuel injection problems. Unfortunately, the fuel injection issue forced us to scratch from the feature ending the night much earlier than we had hoped.After a few weeks off to work the bugs out of the new Sprint Car, Jordan will return to action on Saturday, September 5th back at 81 Speedway in Wichita.
